Christmas is a wonderful time of year for most of us, but for many of the families in Warrington this is not the case.

Warrington Youth Club hosts an annual Christmas meal for approximately 50 families from the  Warrington area who would otherwise not be getting a Christmas. A big part of this is helping them with supplies to see them over the festive period, so WYC have set themselves a challenge to make up to 80 food hampers. These will be given to the families who attend the Christmas meal and any surplus will be distributed to other families and young people from across Warrington who could not attend.

WYC need your help to achieve this, so please can you help? Please can you donate any items from this list:

pasta, rice, noodles, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cooking sauces, tinned vegetables, tinned or packet soup, chocolate treats, sugar, tinned meat, biscuits, cereals, custards, jams, tinned fruit, crackers, squash, rice pudding, cereal bars and cakes

Every item helps so please take your donation, however small, to:

the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Centre, Peace Drive, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 1HQ

Thank you for your support, and have a very Merry Christmas.
